What I Liked:  Q:  Did the worms go to the ark in apples?  A:  No, they went in "pears!"

I annoyed people like crazy with this riddle when I was a kid.  I thought it was just hilarious.

Yep, I was one of those kids...

Well, this book is for one of those kids!  Lots of those little plays on words that kids absolutely love, combined with catchy (NOT girlie) illustrations.  The literary and analytical lessons are terrific, and the Bible facts used in these particular riddles is a great way to ensure your child has a well-rounded biblical knowledge.

What I Didn't Like:  Nothing not to like - for that age range!  It's a little old for my 3-year-old, who takes everything literally and doesn't quite get the joke.  (In fact, I'd say you need to be at least 7 or 8 for this one, not the 4-8 range given above.)  And once you're past a certain age, it gets a little annoying... :)  But seeing the kids enjoy it makes it worth it, I think!
