I just did a bunch of freezer cooking yesterday using a similar cookbook. I love it when people provide recipes that are already freezer tested!
Freezer tested meals are important to use when cooking ahead. There is nothing worse than pulling out of meal and it not being any good. My kids can atest to that, lol.
