I must say that sometimes I get tired of being told what to eat - it seems to change daily. But this book intrigues me: Apparently an imported tomato is more energy-efficient than a local greenhouse-grown tomato...

Would I change the way I eat based on reading this? Maybe not. But at least I'd have more information.
